46 and born and raised in Johnson County. Found plenty of trouble over the years, especially downtown IC. With 6 months to go on 2 yr dl revocation, I get a mile down the road and pulled over by a deputy I don’t know because he thought he recognized me. Boom! I have to start off by saying, Adam Pollack is the best attorney I’ve ever come across and let’s say I have been no angel where the law is concerned. My past has been in and out of the court systems. I’ve had a pretty long history with the law. That’s why I also want to say, I know a good attorney when I see one! To put it mildly, Adam is THE BEST attorney I’ve ever came across. I was facing time in prison. I got caught up in a bad situation once again, and talked to a couple of lawyers. It just didn’t feel right. Of course, I was appointed a public defender, and knowing my past, there was no way the public defender could do what Adam did for me. With all the charges, yes, all of them, I had to find an attorney. So, I said some prayers and kept looking and that’s when I found Adam. He has a straight-forward attitude with a good demeanor. That was what I needed and I felt it when I met him. So, when he told me about the fee (yes, it is a little high) but I did what I had to and hired him. Could not have asked for more from Adam. I had a felony drug charge looming over my head that Adam dealt with. He is almost always available to speak to you about your case and will keep you up to date whenever something comes up. After other attorneys refused to handle my case I happened on Adam Pollack’s website. I wondered if what it said was true, experienced and aggressive. I felt that was what I needed. the Iowa DOT still had sanctions on me even though I lived for years in another state, and until these sanctions were lifted I was barred from receiving a drivers license for several years.
